Y5 Mother's day flower fundraiser
The Y5 GROUP is having a Mother's Day Flower FUNDRAISING sale to help our youth earn money toward summer camp. We are EXCITED that close to 75% of the selling price will go directly toward youth's camp dues. Celebrate our wonder MOM's while supporting our youth.

PRICING
SMALL VASE: $15
*this includes the flowers pictured but are not limited to daises, lily, filler, foliage, and other seasonal flowers
LARGE VASE: $35
*includes the flowers pictured but are not limited to roses, carnations, lily, filler, foliage, and other seasonal flowers
PICKUP: Faith Avenue Church
Pickup at our church on Sunday, May 11th after Service at 12:15pm (1250 W 18th Ave).
Delivery within Eugene/Springfield is also an option for $15.
*Flower vase examples (as pictured) are a presumed arrangement and are subject to flower availability during time of arrangement but some form of the flowers offered in your price will be considered in the arrangement

Pre-orders need to be placed by MONDAY, May 6th as we will have a limited supply. To make an order, click the link button below.
HOW TO PAY
Payments for pre-orders are due by pickup day but preferred at the time of order. Make sure you note how you will pay, in the Order Section. Use the button below to pay online through our Church's giving website. Alternate payment options include cash, check, card, Venmo. Please communicate with us to arrange alternate payment methods.
